Our hourly rate is EUR 260 (+ VAT 25.5%). The smallest billable time unit is 0.25 hours, i.e. 15 minutes. The minimum billing for a new assignment is one (1) hour. We also offer several services for a fixed price. In fact, whenever possible we try to offer our services at fixed prices. At minimum we always give a cost estimate (estimated number of work hours x hourly rate).

• Serves and writes legal documents fluently in Finnish and English

• More than 10 years of experience as a corporate lawyer

• Before Lakius, worked as a General Counsel and member of the management team in a medium-sized international technology company

• Was a member of the legal and tax committee of the Ostrobothnia Chamber of Commerce for several years

• Expertise: contracts, IT, marketing, intellectual property and technology law, data protection, labor law and company compliance matters

• Long experience in training employees in legal matters and in drafting company documents and legal guidelines and developing processes

• Strives to translate legal matters into plain language, inspire his listeners and takes into account his client's starting points and needs

• In his spare time, Villy writes crime novels
